If you find that your team is stalling, spinning, or keeps bumping up against the same old obstacles, maybe it’s time to take a long hard look at the team’s day-to-day behaviors and assumptions.

Kick off discussion with this provocative question at your next team meeting:

What habits or behaviors have become such an ingrained part of our team culture that we don’t even question if they’re still effective?

Each team member should take a turn sharing their thoughts. You might be surprised at what comes to the surface.

    veel gedaan zeg…prachtig is het daar zeg. heerlijk om op terug te kijken. ik vond malta ook super leuk en erg druk..maar wel een hele ervaring. heerlijk toch he dat we dit soort dingen kunnen belevenliefs hannie
