Firstly, congrats on getting this far with the product and the website.

As you know I have been a huge fan – both for my own learning and through the work of thinkspace – for a while now, and have been implementing learning from your blogs, tools and ideas. These have helped improve both me as a manager and leader, and the team as whole. Morale has gone up in the team. Productivity has gone up in the team. And my confidence and enthusiasm have both increased too.
