Check the team’s actions against purpose
When we talk about the team’s purpose, it tends to be abstract and aspirational. But, when it comes down to making the gritty, day-to-day choices, it’s easy to get pulled in the opposite direction. You want to reach for the stars; gravity keeps grounding you.
Create a simple, gut-check question to ask in important moments, to either confirm that you’re on the right path, or to reveal that there’s a disconnect. Think of your purpose as your North Star, and the gut-check question as your compass.
Here are a couple examples to get you started:
— If you’re a customer service team whose purpose is to increase customer satisfaction through excellent call center support, you might ask: Will this action leave the customer feeling more or less satisfied with the brand/product at the close of the call?
— If you’re a small design firm whose purpose is to design products that increase joy in people’s everyday lives, a question to ask when designing a new feature or product might be: How will this increase joy for our customer?
Apply your compass question at key moments to help guide the team on its path.

Она предполагает, что вы вносите небольшую сумму за абонемент и ходит на прием весь год бесплатно.
Однако опросы показывают, что лишь 3% жителей Санкт-Петербурга знают о такой услуге.
Почему?
Потому что клиникам выгоднее сдирать с людей деньги за каждый визит.
А если честный врач попытается рассказать про добровольное медицинское обслуживание клиенту – это сулит ему увольнением.
Информация о ДМО уже спровоцировала много возмущений, сразу после того как информацию об услуге рассекретил один врач.
Его уволили “по собственному желанию”, после того, как он предложил ДМО своему пациенту.
Самое невероятное, что информация по ДМО находятся в открытом доступе, просто находили на эту информацию единицы.
Как отстоять свои права?
О правилах предоставления такой услуги и обязанностях клиник можно узнать, сделав запрос в Яндексе: “добровольное медицинское обслуживание”.
И именно обслуживание, а не страхование.
